Ingredients

  • 6 pieces spicy Italian sausage links
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 large green bell pepper

  • 28 oz canned crushed tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Slice the spicy Italian sausage links into 2-inch pieces and set aside.

Dice the onion into small pieces and slice the red and green bell peppers into thin strips. Mince the garlic cloves.
