Ingredients

  • 32 oz Frozen hash browns (shredded)
  • 10.5 oz Cream of chicken soup
  • 1.5 cups Sour cream
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 1 medium Yellow onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Spray the inside of the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or line it with a slow cooker liner for easy cleanup.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, melted butter, chopped onion, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until ingredients are well blended.
