  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 3 medium Potatoes
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro (optional, for garnish)
  • 4 cups Cooked basmati rice (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1
