Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby red potatoes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Step 1

Wash the baby red potatoes thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces. No need to peel them unless desired.

Spray the inside of your crock pot with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Place the potatoes in the crock pot and evenly distribute the butter over the top.
