  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for garnish)
  • 0.25 cup Chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess fat.

Add the diced tomatoes (with their juice), tomato sauce, black beans, kidney beans, and frozen corn to the crock pot.

Step 5

Sprinkle the chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the mixture in the crock pot. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Step 6

Place the lid on the crock pot and set it to cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Stir occasionally if possible.

Step 7

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.

Step 8

Ladle the chili into bowls and garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped cilantro if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
