  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 15-ounce can Diced tomatoes, canned
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Brown the chicken thighs on both sides, approximately 2-3 minutes per side, then set them aside.
