Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 0.5 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • 2 stalks Celery, sliced
  • 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1 Bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Chow mein noodles (dry)
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in the Crock Pot.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot.

Step 3

Add chicken broth, julienned carrots, celery slices, shredded cabbage, bell pepper, and bean sprouts to the Crock Pot. Stir gently to combine.

Step 4

Cover the Crock Pot with the lid and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
