  • 3 Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the country-style pork ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, Chinese five spice powder, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using) to make the sauce.
