  • 1 cup Corn (canned, drained or frozen)
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
  • 2 cups Cooked rice or tortillas (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of your crock pot.

Step 2

Add the drained and rinsed black beans, salsa, and corn on top of the chicken.
