Ingredients

  • 1 can Canned diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 6 cups Chicken broth, low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 1 leaf Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Frozen green beans
  • 1 cup Frozen peas

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crock pot.

Step 2

Add the chopped carrots, celery, potatoes, onion, and minced garlic on top of the chicken.

Pour the canned diced tomatoes and chicken broth into the crock pot.
