Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Sauerkraut

  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices Rye bread

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Grease the inside of your crock pot with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot and season with salt and pepper.

Spread the sauerkraut evenly over the chicken breasts.
