Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, diced

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tube (16 oz) Refrigerated biscuit dough

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.

Step 2

Add the diced onion, carrots, celery, and minced garlic on top of the chicken.

Step 3

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
