  • 2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 1 large Green bell pepper
  • 1 large Yellow bell pepper

  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 14.5-ounce can Canned diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 to taste Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Slice the red, green, and yellow bell peppers into thin strips. Thinly slice the white onion as well.
