  • 2 cups Spinach, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 0 Cooked rice or naan (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breast in the bottom of your crock pot.

Add the chopped onion, diced carrots, cubed potatoes, minced garlic, and minced ginger on top of the chicken.
