Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a crock pot.
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
