Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies

  • 1 15-ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 15-ounce can corn, drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes. Drain excess grease and transfer the beef to your crock pot.

Add the diced onion, diced tomatoes with green chilies, black beans, pinto beans, and corn to the crock pot.

Stir in beef broth, taco seasoning, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
