  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 whole Bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, toss the beef cubes with the flour until evenly coated.
