  • 1 cup Corn kernels (frozen or canned, drained)
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro (fresh, chopped, for garnish)
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional, for topping)
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheese (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and drain the black beans if using canned beans, and set them aside.
