  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 0.25 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef stew meat on all sides until browned. This step is optional but adds deeper flavor.
