Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cups Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1.5 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 cups Low-sodium chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Peel and mince the garlic cloves and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3

Pour a thin layer of the balsamic mixture into the bottom of the Crock Pot.

Step 4

Place the chicken breasts on top of the balsamic mixture in the Crock Pot in a single layer.
