Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh asparagus
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 cup ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

Step 1

Wash and trim the ends of the asparagus. Cut the spears into 2-inch pieces.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

Step 3

Spray the inside of your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.

Layer half of the asparagus pieces on the bottom of the crock pot.
