  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 0.25 cup Green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Place the beef chuck roast and pork shoulder in the slow cooker.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, and water.
