  • 150 milliliters dry white wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the diced onion and sauté for 5 minutes until softened and translucent.
