  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves, torn
  • 2 tablespoons Peanuts, roasted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 small Red chili, finely sliced

Directions

Step 1

Pat the beef dry with paper towels and cut it into thin strips against the grain.
