  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cups neutral frying oil (e.g., vegetable oil)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to make a marinade.

Place the shrimp in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
