Ingredients

  • 1 lb Raw shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
  • 0.5 cup Cornstarch

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup White sesame seeds
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Green onions (sliced thinly, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine cornstarch, flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate small bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.

In a third bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs with sesame seeds.
