  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small, evenly sized cubes to ensure they cook evenly.

Rinse the potato cubes in cold water to remove excess starch, then drain and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
