  • 150 grams Pitted olives (green or black, or a mix)
  • 2 teaspoons Flaky sea salt

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast on top and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Add the flour and salt to the yeast mixture, and mix with a wooden spoon or your hands until a sticky dough forms.
