Ingredients

  • 150 grams rolled oats
  • 100 grams all-purpose flour
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 50 grams granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon powder. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together using an electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.
