  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 unit Large egg
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Raisins

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Raisin Bran cereal, whole wheat flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
