Slice the halloumi cheese into 1 cm thick strips, resembling fries. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Roll each halloumi strip in the flour mixture until evenly coated on all sides.
