  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 stalks (sliced for garnish) green onions

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and lightly season both sides with the kosher salt.

In a small bowl, whisk together grated ginger, minced garlic, lime zest, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, and ground black pepper to create the marinade.
