  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Start by washing and drying the zucchini thoroughly. Cut off the ends and slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
