  • 240 ml sparkling water or club soda, cold
  • 150 grams panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 liter vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pot or fryer to 180°C (350°F).

Rinse and dry the green beans thoroughly. Trim off any tough ends if needed.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
