  • 500 milliliters Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Cut the cheddar cheese into 2 cm cubes and set aside.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix the flour and cornstarch together.

In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.

In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Dip each cheese cube first into the flour mixture, making sure it is fully coated.
