  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha or hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices Tomato slices
  • 8 slices Pickle slices (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the coating: In a shallow bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

In a second shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.

Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl.
