  • 500 ml Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-inch cubes. Set them aside on a plate.

In a shallow bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. This will be your seasoned flour coating.

In a second shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

In a third shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
