Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season both sides with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, paprika, and oregano.
