  • 500 grams Chicken tenders
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1.5 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Ranch dressing

Directions

Step 1

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a second shallow dish, beat the eggs. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.

Step 2

Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the panko breadcrumbs. Press gently to ensure the breadcrumbs stick well.
