  • 10 pieces Small flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil, for frying

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the lower third of the tortilla, then roll it tightly into a cylindrical shape.
