Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cups Green cabbage
  • 1 medium, shredded Carrot
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 4 pieces Large tortilla wraps
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Toss in the shredded cabbage and carrot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the cabbage starts to soften and becomes slightly crispy.
