Ingredients

  • 1 pound Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 0.5 cup Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Season the shrimp with 0.5 teaspoon of salt and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper.

Step 2

Set up a breading station: place the flour in one shallow dish, the beaten eggs in a second dish, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan in a third dish.

Step 3

Coat each shrimp in flour, shaking off excess, then dip into the egg, and finally press into the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly. Repeat for all shrimp and set aside.
