Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 3 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 1 finely chopped Green chili
  • 100 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon or to taste Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Cilantro leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped green chili.

Step 2

Add breadcrumbs, egg, chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, black pepper, and cilantro leaves to the bowl.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well incorporated.

Divide the mixture into eight equal portions. Shape each portion into a flat, round cutlet about 1 cm in thickness.
