  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Refried beans

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Sliced radishes
  • 0.5 cup Crumbled queso fresco
  • 0.5 cup Mexican crema
  • 0.25 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil reaches about 350°F (180°C), fry the corn tortillas, one at a time, until golden and crispy on both sides, about 1 minute per side. Drain them on paper towels and set aside.
