Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Peel the carrots and sweet potatoes. Cut all vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, and zucchini) into evenly sized sticks, about 1/4-inch in thickness.
