  • 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber

  • 6 slices Cooked bacon
  • 150 grams Feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the ingredients. Wash and thoroughly dry the romaine lettuce. Chop or tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half. Add them to the salad bowl.
