  • 500 milliliters Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 250 grams Plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoons Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro (chopped)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Chaat masala

Directions

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry the okra using a kitchen towel. Slice each okra lengthwise into thin strips.

In a large bowl, mix cornstarch, chickpea flour, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt.
