Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and cook the lasagna sheets for 4-5 minutes until they are pliable but not fully cooked. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Pat the lasagna sheets dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
