  • 0.5 teaspoons Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheese (optional, for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, and salt until smooth and lump-free. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

While the batter is resting, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
