Ingredients

  • 125 grams All-purpose flour
  • 250 milliliters Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 25 grams Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 150 grams Chocolate spread
  • 10 grams Additional butter for pan
  • 10 grams Powdered sugar for serving

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour and salt. Add the sugar.

Step 2

Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and crack the eggs into the well.

Step 3

Gradually pour in the milk, whisking continuously to combine the flour with the liquids.

Step 4

Melt 30 grams of butter and add it to the batter along with the vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and free of lumps.

Let the batter rest for 30 minutes to allow the flour to fully absorb the liquids.
